Whether you're a mom or a dad, these curated experiences offer the time and space you need to breathe, grow, and come back stronger.
August 26: The Reset Retreat
After the chaos of move-in, it's your turn. Exhale, unwind, and invest in you. With yoga, breath work, mindful journaling, and luxury oceanfront downtime, this retreat sets the tone for the rest of the school year. Cost: $1,105 for non-members; $905 for BeYou Members.
October 9: One Day to Reconnect
You showed up for them—now it's your turn. After IMG’s Parents Weekend, join us for a full-day reset including yoga, group coaching, spa breaks, and curated connection time with like-minded parents. Cost: $1,105 for non-members; $905 for BeYou Members.
November 14: Grounded & Grateful
Before the holiday hustle, come home to yourself. This day retreat focuses on grounding practices, gratitude, and gentle movement to recharge your spirit before year-end chaos kicks in. Cost: $1,105 for non-members; $905 for BeYou Members.
January 6: Fresh Start Retreat
Set your tone for 2026. One day. All about you. New semester. New energy. This day retreat focuses on intention-setting, vision board creation, and energizing movement in a serene coastal setting. Cost: $1,105 for non-members; $905 for BeYou Members.
February 12: The Connection Retreat
Reconnect to yourself and others—just before Parent’s Weekend. This 1-day retreat combines deep restoration with light-hearted fun. Think sunrise yoga, beach circles, self-discovery workshops, and unforgettable sunsets. Cost: $1,105 for non members; $905 for BeYou Members.
